  An employee, Brittany, really went the extra mile for me tonight. My card kept coming up declined and I wasn't sure why. I took out my phone to check what the issue was but, lo and behold, I had no battery left. I thought for sure I was SOL and would be going home with no groceries, but she actually offered to download the Wells Fargo app onto her personal phone and let me use it. Might seem like a small gesture but it really meant a lot to me, and we were able to get the issue resolved and complete my purchase. This isn't my usual grocery store but I will definitely be coming back. Things like this mean more to me than pricing or selection.
