  A bunch of high school kids with poor customer service skills working the counter, with no adult to guide them. In fact the short, sassy blonde girl that looked to be training the nice dark haired girl is the last person I'd want training my employees. What a nightmare. I went in to buy a wash pass and I immediately regretted it when I noticed all of them leaning on the counters or with one hand on their hip while doing their work. I'll come for the car wash, it's the nicest around but I'll be paying at the pump from now on if I stop.

  Holiday won't sell a pack of cigs to you if you say they are for someone else. That is utterly ridiculous!!! Now that we all know this, don't tell em!!! The most unbelievable rule I've ever heard because when I go to buy them tomorrow, I keep my mouth shut and I can buy a carton if I want. I wouldn't buy cigs for an underage person in the first place but a 50 yr old co worker asked if I would do a favor and pick up a pack and I was denied because I said, I believe he would like the 100's, she stopped and refused the sale. Easy enough rule to get around, but the dumbest rule I've heard of yet.
